Pure and finely detailed, this Chardonnay opens with aromas of lemon zest, green apple, and white peach, layered with subtle notes of hazelnut and crushed stone. The palate is precise and beautifully balanced, showing bright citrus and orchard fruit supported by fresh acidity and a gentle, chalky minerality. Pale straw-gold in colour, it finishes long, clean, and quietly complex, with a refined, understated richness.
Paul Pillot, based in Chassagne-Montrachet, is renowned for producing some of Burgundy’s most precise and elegant white wines.
