Just one bottle – be it a standard size, magnum, half or 20cl. Order as much or little as you want to – we lavish care and attention on every single order.
As long as the item isn’t already reduced, and the order is being delivered to a single address, we offer a 10% discount on 12 bottles and a 5% discount on 6 bottles. This can be a mixture of full price items and sizes but unfortunately doesn’t include spirits, fortified and beers.
We keep our online stock levels as accurate as possible and ensure they are updated every working day. As you can imagine, with two shops and a large wholesale business, from time to time stock levels can be slightly erroneous. If there are any problems with your order or delivery method selected we’ll contact you straight away to resolve it.
We'll dispatch it according to arrive on your requested delivery day. Please check our delivery section for more information, particuarly if you're offshore or are in Scotland. Please note that we will do our bit but sometimes things beyond our control (i.e. the delivery company) can scupper the best laid plans.
No, you’ll receive it on the Monday unless you have selected the Saturday delivery option (if available for the delivery postcode).
Absolutely, simply enter the information at checkout in the order notes box or use the calendar to choose your delivery day (if available for your postcode). We’ll do everything we can to accommodate this and will let you know if there are any issues.
For orders over £50 with a qualifying postcode (the full list is in our Shipping and Delivery section) we offer delivery via our own vans. Certain postcodes will allow you to select a delivery day but others will not. If not, a member of our team will be in touch to let you know the delivery day. This is often because we have multiple delviery days for your postcode.
99% of the prices on our website are identical to those in our shops. We do, however, offer a range of wines on our website that are discounted to a greater extent than they are elsewhere in our business.
Yes, as long as your order comes to £25 or more. If you select this option you will need to make sure you take your payment card with you as we’ll need to check it for ID purposes. Sorry, but we can’t release an order without it.
We’ll send you an email or telephone you to let you know when it can be collected. It can take up to 3 days for us to get your order to one of our shops so you can collect it. If you need it sooner, please select the collection from warehouse option as it will normally be available same or next day (Monday to Friday only). We're not far from our two shops at all!
No, the images on our site are purely for illustrative purposes only. Things like packaging, closure and bottle colour can even change in the same vintage.
Yes, there’s nothing more annoying when buying wine online than receiving a different vintage than the one you’ve ordered (the one in the title and details). If there’s ever a problem with something you’ve ordered we’ll contact you straight away and work out a solution.
Yes, if you change your mind for any reason within 14 calendar days of receiving your order please let us know by calling 01798 872485 within this time frame. The cost of returning the order will be at your expense and we will refund you, less the original delivery cost (both free and charged delviery options) once we have safely received the products.
If your wine is not what you ordered or it's faulty please let us know within 14 days and we will arrange for the collection of it and re-despatch of a replacement order. There will be no additional carriage expense in this instance. If your order has arrived broken please let us know straight away.
