Ridge Lytton Estate Petite Sirah 2016

Ridge Lytton Estate Petite Sirah is whole berry fermented on the native yeasts, followed by full malolactic fermentation. The wine is then ages in American oak (10% new) for twelve months. The resulting wines is fabulously rich with powerful ripe fruits of plum, mulberry & boysenberry with a seamless finish of crème de cassis, graphite and liquorice. Tannins are firm but well-balanced. With air this will soften. A lovey pairing with beef ribs!
