Ridge Estate Cabernet Sauvignon 2019

Ridge Estate Cabernet Sauvignon 2019 is made from 88% Cabernet Sauvignon, 11% Merlot & 1% Petit Verdot. Grapes are destemmed and 100% whole bunch fermented on native yeasts, allowing for more character and fruit structure. Fermentation takes place on natural yeasts with sixteen-months maturation in American oak. Full of dark bramble fruits; blackberry, blueberry & plum interwoven with mocha, cocoa and graphite with a cigar and spice box notes. Long and soft on the finish. What a wine!
