Brandy Fundador Sherry Cask Solera

A classic Spanish brandy from Jerez, Fundador Sherry Cask Solera Reserva is aged using the traditional Solera system in casks that have previously held Sherry, giving the spirit its signature warmth, softness and gentle richness.

Bright amber in colour, it opens with aromas of dried fruit, toasted oak, vanilla and a subtle touch of spice, alongside the lightly vinous character that comes from maturation in seasoned Sherry casks. The palate is smooth, rounded and approachable, with notes of caramelised fruit, mellow oak and a warming, persistent finish.

This is the current UK-market presentation of Fundador’s classic Solera style. The previous cream-label Fundador Solera / Solera Reserva has effectively been refreshed under the Sherry Cask Solera branding for the UK market, making the Sherry-cask influence clearer while retaining the easy-drinking, traditional Brandy de Jerez character that Fundador is known for.
