Vibrant and dark-fruited, this Cornas opens with aromas of blackberry, black cherry, and blueberry, layered with notes of violet, cracked pepper, smoked meat, and a touch of graphite. The palate is intense yet finely balanced, showing concentrated dark fruit, firm but polished tannins, and a lively thread of acidity. Deep ruby-purple in colour, it finishes long, savoury, and mineral, with characteristic Cornas grip and lift.

Vincent Paris, widely regarded as one of the leading new-generation growers in Cornas, farms steep granitic slopes divided by altitude and soil depth. Granit 30 is sourced from younger vines around 30° of slope, producing a wine that combines purity, freshness, and early approachability while still capturing the appellation’s muscular Syrah character. Made with minimal intervention and gentle extraction, it is a vivid, terroir-driven Cornas — expressive young, but with the structure to age gracefully.
