Jean-Marc Boillot has deep roots in the Côte de Beaune, having worked at both Domaine Etienne Sauzet and alongside his grandfather Henri Boillot before establishing his own domaine. Based in Pommard, his holdings include an impressive collection of vineyards in Puligny-Montrachet, and Chardonnay remains central to the domaine’s reputation.
