Bright and mineral-driven, this Pouilly-Fumé opens with aromas of lime zest, grapefruit, and green apple, underpinned by subtle smoky notes and a touch of flint. The palate is crisp and focused, showing vibrant citrus fruit, fresh acidity, and a distinctive mineral edge that gives the wine its classic “fumé” character. Pale straw in colour, it finishes clean, dry, and refreshing, with lingering citrus and stone notes.

Domaine Blondelet is a respected family estate in the eastern Loire, specialising in Sauvignon Blanc grown on limestone and flint-rich soils.
