Rich and aromatic, Bénédictine opens with layers of honey, citrus peel, and warming spice, underpinned by notes of herbs, saffron, and vanilla. On the palate it is silky and complex, combining sweet tones of caramel and dried fruit with herbal depth and a touch of anise. Its deep golden-amber colour mirrors the liqueur’s warmth, while the finish is long, smooth, and lingering with spice and honeyed sweetness.

Created in Normandy in the 19th century, D.O.M. Bénédictine is crafted from a secret blend of 27 herbs and spices, distilled and aged in oak casks to marry sweetness with aromatic complexity. Its name pays homage to the Benedictine monks of Fécamp Abbey, whose herbal traditions inspired the recipe. Today it remains a classic liqueur, enjoyed neat, over ice, or as a key ingredient in cocktails such as the B&B (Bénédictine and Brandy).
