Aromas of roasted agave, vanilla, and toasted oak rise from the glass, joined by notes of caramel, citrus peel, and gentle spice. On the palate it is smooth and well-balanced, with flavours of baked agave, honey, and butterscotch layered with pepper and a touch of smoke. Its light amber hue reflects time in oak, while the finish is warm, rounded, and lingering with sweet spice and oak notes.
Made from 100% blue Weber agave, Pancho Datos Reposado is matured in oak barrels for several months, softening the raw vibrancy of the Plata and adding depth and subtle sweetness. This ageing process bridges freshness and complexity, making it a versatile tequila — refined enough to sip neat or on the rocks, yet still lively enough to shine in cocktails such as a Reposado Margarita or Tequila Old Fashioned.
