Bepi Tosolini Limoncello

Proper limoncello made using bright, ripe Amalfi and Sicilian lemons harvested during the summer and winter months. These freshly picked fruits undergo an infusion with a base Grappa spirit and then fully distilled. The end result is a Limoncello of intense hazy yellow lemon colour. Pungent lemon zest, lime and citrus fruits are all present on the nose with a lingering sweetness. The palate is initially sharp and packed full of lemon and freshly squeezed citrus fruits that linger on a creamy, mouth-coating finish. The real deal and best enjoyed in the summer sun or as a refreshing after-dinner tipple.
