We're on hand to train and educate your team

In-house wine training for wholesale customers is an element of account managing that our team thrive on. We offer an informative yet friendly approach to our training, we know that wine can be really intimidating and it our job to make customers feel comfortable around the product. We firmly believe that ‘people buy into people’ therefore if we can provide can opportunity to deepen knowledge and in turn boost confidence this can only enhance wine sales.

All our team have WSET qualifications across a variety of levels which means we can easily tailor our training to the needs of each individual account, whether that be by aligning a venue’s wine list with its food menu or delving further to into the winemaking processes and practices.

In addition to in house training, we are also a fully WSET approved, offering courses in levels one, two and three. The initial level one day course is a great introduction to the basics of wine; how it is made, the many influences applicable to determine styles, service practices and food and wine matching skills. Levels 2 and 3 increase with intensity and build further on the knowledge gained in previous courses and sessions.
