Fresh and expressive, this Sauvignon Blanc opens with aromas of lime zest, grapefruit, and gooseberry, complemented by notes of fresh herbs, elderflower, and a subtle saline character. The palate is crisp and focused, showing vibrant citrus fruit balanced by lively acidity and a pronounced mineral edge. Pale straw in colour, it finishes long, clean, and refreshing, with a distinctive coastal freshness.
Produced from biodynamically farmed vineyards overlooking False Bay, Waterkloof’s Circumstance range is dedicated to expressing site and terroir with minimal intervention. The cooling ocean influence helps preserve freshness and aromatic lift, resulting in a Sauvignon Blanc that favours elegance and minerality over overt tropicality.
