Waterkloof Circle of Life Red 2021

A harmonious blend of Syrah, Petit Verdot, Cabernet Franc and Merlot farmed from biodynamic and organic vines. Waterkloof Circle of Life Red starts fresh and fruity with great balance, complexity and layers of fresh dark red berry fruits, plum, liquorice and subtle spice notes. With some aeration herbaceous and smoky notes appear softening the tannins and acidity making for a clean, lasting finish. A versatile, food friendly wine that will pair particularly well with rich tomato based stews or beef burgers.
