Tenuta del Melo Gavi 2021 | Organic

We’ve tasted and sold many a Gavi over the years, but Gavi Tenuta del Melo is one of the finest. Owned by the passionate Rossi Cairo family who have overseen a conversion to organic and biodynamic certified production. Grapes are handpicked and fermented for approximately 20 days. The Cortese grapes are handpicked and fermented in stainless steel tank before being aged on its lees for three months. giving fantastic concentration, richness, and mouth-watering freshness. Bright orchard fruits, runny honey and candied citrus fruits merge with subtle notes of almond. Lively, balanced and ever so drinkable especially paired with fresh fish or roasted vegetable dishes!
