A classic field blend led by Zinfandel, with Carignan, Petite Sirah and Alicante Bouschet adding depth and structure. The bouquet is expressive with blackberry, raspberry and plum, layered with notes of spice, cedar and earthy minerality. The palate is rich and complex, with ripe dark fruit, supple tannins and vibrant acidity leading to a long, savoury finish.
Ridge Vineyards, one of California’s most iconic producers, has been making Geyserville since 1966 from old vines in Sonoma County’s Alexander Valley. Known for minimal intervention and careful use of American oak, Ridge crafts wines of balance, authenticity and ageing potential, with Geyserville standing as a benchmark expression of classic California Zinfandel blends.
