With it's eye-catching label (that glows in the dark when held to UV light) Reichsrat Von Buhl Bone Dry Riesling is, as the name would suggest, "bone dry". The nose is bright with lime, green apple and white peach, accented by floral notes and a touch of wet stone. The palate is taut and precise, with citrus and orchard fruit wrapped in vibrant acidity, finishing long, mineral and refreshing.
Reichsrat von Buhl, founded in 1849, is one of Germany’s most historic estates and a benchmark for dry Riesling. Certified organic, the estate is known for its purity and terroir-driven wines, with Bone Dry showcasing their signature freshness and precision in a modern, approachable style.
