The palate is precise and well balanced, showing crisp citrus and orchard fruit carried by a fine, persistent mousse and vibrant acidity. Pale gold in colour, it finishes clean, elegant, and refreshing, with a gently savoury, chalky edge.
Produced in Sussex using the traditional method, Rathfinny Estate Classic Cuvée is crafted from a classic blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier grown on chalk soils similar to those of Champagne. The 2019 vintage brings clarity, freshness, and finesse, reflecting both the cool English climate and the estate’s focus on precision winemaking. A polished, food-friendly sparkling wine with real poise and balance.
