Elegant and deeply evolved, this 1966 Noval opens with aromas of dried cherry, fig, and plum, layered with walnut, tobacco leaf, cedar, and touches of dark cocoa. The palate is silky and harmonious, showing mature red and black fruit alongside notes of spice, balsamic depth, and dried citrus peel. Its tawny-garnet colour with a soft brick rim reflects decades of development, while the finish is long, fine, and savoury, lingering on dried fruit, spice, and polished tannin. Decant and serve immediately.
