A refined sparkling rosé from Burgundy, crafted primarily from Pinot Noir. Made according to the traditional method with a minimum ageing of 12 months, this shows a brilliant copper pink in hue. The bouquet is lifted with fresh strawberry, raspberry and redcurrant, accented by floral notes and a hint of brioche. The palate is crisp and elegant, with juicy red fruit, fine bubbles and a long, refreshing finish.
