A finely structured Premier Cru Pinot Noir from Jaffelin’s monopole vineyard in Beaune. The bouquet is expressive with aromas of red cherry, raspberry and wild strawberry, lifted by violet, spice and a touch of earth. The palate is elegant yet concentrated, with ripe red fruit, polished tannins and a long, mineral-tinged finish.
Founded in 1816, Jaffelin is one of Beaune’s historic négociant houses, with a reputation for precision and terroir-driven wines.
