Powerful, vinous and wonderfully distinctive, this single-vineyard Champagne is a compelling expression of Pinot Noir in its purest form. Aromas of baked apple, blood orange and Mirabelle plum unfold alongside toasted hazelnut, brioche, chalk and a delicate smoky nuance. On the palate, the absence of dosage allows the character of the vineyard to take centre stage. There is impressive concentration and texture, with ripe orchard fruit framed by razor-sharp acidity, a fine, persistent mousse and a deep mineral core. The finish is remarkably long, saline and intensely focused, revealing layers of citrus oil, roasted nuts and flint.

Sourced exclusively from the historic Côte à Bras vineyard in Cumières, this is Joseph Perrier's first single-vineyard Champagne and one of the house's most ambitious releases. Made entirely from Pinot Noir harvested in the outstanding 2015 vintage, it is vinified and aged to showcase the individuality of this Premier Cru site. Bottled as a Brut Nature, with no dosage, the wine offers an uncompromisingly pure expression of both vineyard and vintage. Complex, gastronomic and built to evolve further in bottle, it is a Champagne for serious enthusiasts and the finest dining occasions.
