The palate is broad and textured yet finely balanced, showing lemon curd, orchard fruit, and subtle spice wrapped in a creamy mouthfeel. Its pale straw-gold hue reflects both freshness and ripeness, while the finish is long, precise, and gently nutty.

This wine comes from the historic Marquis de Laguiche holdings, some of the most prestigious parcels in Chassagne-Montrachet, farmed and vinified by Joseph Drouhin. The limestone-rich soils and favourable exposition give wines of depth, power, and ageworthiness. In the cooler, lower-yielding 2021 vintage, the cuvée shows more tension and clarity than opulence, offering a refined expression of Chassagne’s hallmark richness anchored by mineral precision.
