Clos des Mouches is one of Beaune’s most celebrated premiers crus, named after the bees (“mouches à miel”) once kept on its slopes. Joseph Drouhin owns a large portion of this historic vineyard, producing wines that are hallmarks of the domaine’s style — pure, precise, and terroir-driven.
