Jordan Wine Estate, founded in 1982 by Ted and Sheelagh Jordan, is now run by Gary and Kathy Jordan, who have built an international reputation for classically styled wines. The cuvée is named after Inspector Peringuey, who fought the spread of phylloxera in the Cape. It reflects the estate’s balance of history, precision and innovation.
