Cuvée 747 is based primarily on the 2019 vintage, reflecting Jacquesson’s philosophy of releasing numbered cuvées that express a specific harvest rather than a fixed house style. With low dosage and extended lees ageing, it delivers both intensity and precision. Sourced largely from premier and grand cru vineyards in Aÿ, Dizy, and Avize, it is a serious, terroir-focused Champagne that rewards both immediate enjoyment and further cellaring.
