Bright and lightly effervescent, this Pétillant Naturel opens with fresh aromas of pear, apple, and white peach, lifted by citrus blossom and a gentle hint of brioche. The palate is crisp and fruity, showing soft orchard-fruit flavours with a lightly creamy mousse and a touch of residual sweetness balanced by fresh acidity. Pale straw in colour with a natural, slightly hazy appearance, it finishes refreshing, lively, and subtly floral.

Produced in the Drôme region of the southern Rhône, Frères Carod has long specialised in traditional sparkling styles using local grapes such as Muscat and Clairette. Their Pét Nat is made by the méthode ancestrale, bottling the wine before fermentation completes to create a naturally sparkling, gently cloudy wine with soft bubbles and a relaxed, artisanal character. Easy-going and charming, it’s an approachable, fruit-forward sparkler ideal for casual drinking or pairing with light appetisers.
