A richer expression of Pinot Noir with silky smooth tannins and fresh red fruits notes of strawberry, red cherry and plum. The finish is long and appealing, revealing licquorice and spice note characters. Great as an aperitif or paired with light meats such as Duck or Pork.

François Raquillet is regarded as one of the leading growers in Mercurey, continuing a family winemaking tradition spanning over ten generations. He is known for producing wines of precision and depth, with particular focus on low yields and meticulous vineyard care. The Vieilles Vignes cuvée comes from older parcels that give concentration and character, making it a true showcase of Mercurey’s potential.
