Fletcher Barbera d'Asti 2020

Fletcher Barbera d'Asti is made is a different style to the usual Barbera d'Asti found in Italy. It's 30% whole bunch and is a more fruit driven, super fresh early release style. There's a quick stint in old wood and straight to bottle. Bright red in colour with a nose of wild red berries, redcurrants and cherries following through onto a palate that is fresh and inviting with wild blackberry and red cherries merged with subtle leather and smoke characters on the finish. This is a delight to drink and can also be chilled over the summer months or with your Christmas dinner.
