Ageing in oak adds savoury depth and polish, giving the wine complexity and excellent ageing potential.

Australian-born winemaker Dave Fletcher has become a respected figure in Piedmont, producing terroir-driven Nebbiolo with authenticity and finesse. His Roncaglie bottling reflects the delicacy and charm of this cru, offering a beautifully balanced Barbaresco with both immediacy and longevity.
