A first for Dave, this single vineyard Roncaglie reveals a striking balance of fruit purity and richness. 100% spontaneous fermentation with no fining or filtering upon release. Incredibly bright and full of energy on the palate with crunchy red cherry, sour cranberry and blackcurrant fruits balanced alongside fine herbaceous and spice notes. Mouth-watering and long on the finish with a high tannin and acid structure. A stunning release that won't hang around for long. Extremely limited production.
