With an average vine age of 100-120 years old, Argyros Santorini Assyrtiko is a stunning bottling from one of the best names on the island. Fermented in stainless steel tank for three weeks, with three months maturation on fine lees. Intense, minerally and full of fresh apricots and roasted almonds with a pinpoint acidity running through the finish. Long, clean and utterly delicious!
