"Their own little clos, within Clos du Roi, picked on the first day, 26th August, the leaves already falling off, grapes exposed to the sun. 50% whole bunch 3 new barrels in 12, and fortunately jyust 13.2% alcohol. Incredibly deep black purple colour. I feared too much from the colour but no, the bouquet has stayed fresh enough and there is a fine weight of fruit, perhaps a touch of coffee too, but finishes well on the whole bunch style white pepper." - 92 Pts, Jasper Morris
