No chemical fertilisers, herbicides or pesticides are used, with the upmost respect given toward the environment. Chassagne Montrachet 1er Cru Les Caillerets reveals marvellous fruit purity balanced with subtle melted butter and cream notes on a long, richly textured finish. Delicious on its own or accompanied with food. Not cheap, but worth every penny!
