A bright and elegant Cabernet Franc from organically farmed vineyards in Chinon. The bouquet is lifted with redcurrant, cherry and raspberry, layered with violet, fresh herbs and subtle spice. The palate is smooth and finely structured, with juicy red fruit, lively acidity and supple tannins carrying through to a graceful finish.
