From an organically certified, single vineyard parcel, Dog Point Section 94 is a powerhouse of a New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc. Aged in old French oak for 18 months, this is luxuriously fuller in body revealing toasted stone fruits balanced by a zippy line of citrus and white flowers. There's a lingering nutty complexity on the finish marrying in with the struck-match aromas imparted from the toasty barrel-aged lees contact. Pair with fish (particularly salmon), poultry and soft white cheeses.
