Aromatic and complex on the nose, Gin XII offers notes of rosemary, thyme, and basil alongside citrus peel, juniper, and a lift of floral lavender. On the palate it is crisp and herbaceous, with bright lemon, piney juniper, and a subtle peppery edge carried on a smooth, refreshing texture. Its crystal-clear appearance reflects purity, while the finish is dry, savoury, and infused with lingering Provençal herbs.

Crafted in Forcalquier in the Haute-Provence region, Gin XII takes its name from the twelve botanicals used in its distillation. Drawing on the local landscape, it captures the essence of the Mediterranean garrigue — aromatic herbs, citrus, and floral notes — while retaining classic gin structure. Distilled in small batches, it is designed for both sipping and mixing, pairing beautifully with a Mediterranean-style tonic or serving as the herbal backbone of refined gin cocktails.
