A classy new world Chardonnay from Delta Estate. Broad fruits of peach, citrus and apple come together with secondary notes of hazelnut and creamy oatmeal. There's a delightful depth of concentration to the palate partnered with an energetic acidity and structure. The finish is long, creamy and satisfying. An apt pairing with creamy chicken and mushroom or risotto. A year or two cellar time will bring this wine even more verve.
