Cielo Appassionante Rosso 2022

Cielo's signature bottling, Appassionante is an unconventional blend of Merlot, Sangiovese and Corvina. The grapes use a light touch of drying in the sun, delivering an almost Amarone style. The result delivers a big wine showing an almost Pinot Noir-like bouquet filled with aromas of red fruits. The palate though is more of a bold Shiraz with blackcurrant and dark berry fruit flavours. A wine to try with food!
