Caol Ila 12 Year Old Single Malt Whisky

Pronounced 'cull-eela', Caol Ila is one of the largest distilleries on the island of Islay. Their 12 Year Old Single Malt Whisky shows lovely smokey notes of wheat and barley alongside toffee and a distinct whiff of bacon smoke. Delicate and light on the palate with toffee and vanilla notes balanced with gentle smoke and tar notes on the finish. The peat smoke isn't at all overbearing on the senses, making for a fresh, mouth-watering finish. Enjoy neat or pair alongside blue cheeses.
