Cairanne La Côte Sauvage Boutinot 2021 | Magnum Rhone, France, 150cl

Cairanne La Côte Sauvage Boutinot 2021 | Magnum
Rhone, France, 150cl
A rich and expressive southern Rhône red, blending Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre and Carignan. The nose shows dark cherry, blackberry and plum, layered with garrigue herbs, spice and a touch of pepper. The palate is full-bodied yet refined, with ripe black fruit, supple tannins and a long, savoury finish.
Boutinot has built a strong reputation in the Rhône for sourcing from old-vine parcels and working closely with growers. In Cairanne, they focus on low-yielding fruit from hillside vineyards, producing wines with both concentration and finesse. La Côte Sauvage is their flagship, highlighting the depth and character of this Cru village.
