Aromas of rose, cherry, and dried herbs rise from the glass, joined by hints of spice, tar, and cedar. The palate is structured yet elegant, showing flavours of redcurrant, plum, and liquorice framed by firm tannins and bright acidity. Its garnet-red colour reflects Nebbiolo’s trademark transparency, while the finish is long, savoury, and gently floral.
Produced by the Araldica cooperative in Piemonte, Flori offers an accessible introduction to Barolo while retaining the hallmarks of the appellation — perfume, structure, and ageing potential. Sourced from hillside vineyards around the Langhe, the wine spends extended time in oak to soften Nebbiolo’s natural tannins.
