Created in 1885, Amaro Montenegro is a bitter Italian liqueur consisting of 40 botanicals selected from four different continents of the world. These botanicals include nutmeg, liquorice and sweet and bitter oranges. The result is a bittersweet Italian liqueur with a clear, golden amber hue. The nose is  inviting with predominate zesty citrus fruits balanced alongside candied sweets, vanilla and clove.
