Solara Orange 2022

Get ready for some sunshine in your glass! Solara Orange is a blend of 69% Riesling, 22% Sauvignon Blanc and 9% other – this is an orange wine that we can all get behind and enjoy! It's refreshing like a white wine, with the complexity of red wine – what's not to love? Made by leaving the grape skins and seeds in contact with the pressed juice, creating a deep orange-hued finish. The wine ferments naturally without the addition of yeasts, sulphur or any other additions. It's a dark straw colour with orange hints and a delicate nose of quince, poire william and a touch of vanilla. A complex and structured orange wine, with elegant but discreet fruit flavours of stone fruits, backed up with a powerful tannin structure and long finish. A great introduction into orange wine, with it's fruit purity, balance and structure.
