Roebuck Estates Blanc de Noirs 2015 is a thoroughly impressive first-release. Made from hand-picked Pinot Noir grapes grown on the estate’s picturesque Roman Villa Vineyard near Petworth. These grapes are gently pressed and then partially fermented in Burgundian oak barrels with a further 48 months minimum bottle-ageing. Golden copper in hue with delicate bubble. The nose reveals delicate aromas of baked apples, ripe stone fruits and freshly baked pastry notes. A rich yet beautifully balanced wine revealing caramelised apple, red fruits and toasted brioche notes on a long-lingering finish. Perfect savoured on it’s own or paired with a variety of dishes such as smoked salmon, soft cheeses or simply savoured on it’s own!
A pinnacle release, Roebuck Estates Blanc De Noirs 2015 combines the weight and complexity of the Classic Cuvée with the fruit and finesse of the Rosé de Noirs, whilst retaining its own unique style. A brilliant single vineyard, single vintage, single varietal English sparkling wine.
We also have a very limited number of magnum bottles available. Perfect for any celebratory occasion!
“The 2015 Blanc de Noirs, made from 100% Pinot Noir, has a delightful nose of strawberry, orange blossom, white peach and a touch of rosehip.” Neal Martin, Vinous.com
