Rathfinny Estate Blanc de Noirs 2016 is the second vintage of their premium Blanc de Noirs. Composed of a blend of 65% Pinot Noir and 35% Pinot Meunier, with stainless steel tank fermentation and 36 months lees-ageing in bottle before release. Beautiful copper pink in colour with an inviting red fruited nose of wild strawberry, peony, cranberries and subtle spices. The palate is elegant and precise with a fine mousse of wild strawberries, raspberries, toasted almonds and caramelised red-apple finish. Perfect as an aperitif on any occasion or paired alongside duck or venison dishes.
