Poynings Grange Blanc de Blancs 2014 is a rather delicious first-release from relative newcomer Poynings Grange, based in the rolling South Downs. Super refreshing with a fine mousse and an abundance of zesty lime, citrus and green orchard fruits flavours. Richly textured on the finish with toasted brioche and creamy notes present from 5 years lees-ageing in bottle. A rather delicious, east-drinking English sparkling wine that will pair well with seafood, canapes or simply enjoyed as aperitif.
They also make a fantastic 100% Bacchus that’s also worth checking out!
