Made from grapes hand-harvested from Jadot’s Blagny vineyard, located on a gentle, eastern orientated slope in Meursault. Softly pressed and then transferred into French oak barrels (25% new oak) for a maturation period of up to 15 months. Offering a dense, honeyed bouquet intermingled with pear, white flowers and roasted nuts. Rich and full-bodied on the palate offering ripe fruit flavours and notes of toasted oak, vanilla and cream. A gastronomic white Burgundy to pair alongside roasted chicken with roasted root vegetables.
