Hidalgo Pastrana Manzanilla Pasada is made from grapes exclusively picked from Bodegas Hidalgo’s best vineyard, Pastrana. The result is stunning – it’s aged for longer than its more famous sibling, La Gitana, and has incredibly graceful yet powerful flavours. Bone dry with all the typical Manzanilla flavours of walnuts, almonds and subtle salty notes on the finish. Super refreshing, with a saline core and a precise line of acidity running through the mid-palate. A must try Sherry that is a perfect match with crisps, olives and cured meats!
