One of Italy’s finest wines, Graticciaia Agricole Vallone is made from the best fruit of Vallone’s old bush-vine Negroamaro. Partially dried on straw mats (known as graticci) in the Puglian sun, the end result is an opulent, full bodied wine exuding flavour and aromas of black cherry, fresh strawberry, blackcurrant cassis, chocolate, tobacco and orange peel. The finish lingers for minutes with a warm spiciness. A gastronomic wine that will pair well with rich dishes or succulent red meats.
